Everything was perfect, quiet location right near the painted churches of Sucavea, the staff were efficient. Location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant on two nights, Bucovina, and Romania...

The experience was peaceful. the hotel was beautiful and great. the bed was good and the room was airy with modern decor. the location was quiet - at a medium distance from Great Jewish Temple.

The Gerald's Hotel was a real treat with its contemporary design and delicious cocktails at the bar. The central location was perfect for exploring the region of Bucovina. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning made my stay comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and enjoyable.

Missing tea/coffee making facilities in my suite? Oh well, I guess I'll just have to go without my caffeine fix.

Very professional staff yet an individual and personal service! This is a true international hotel, better than most business hotels I visited in Western Europe. I can perfectly understand why the hotel was fully booked upon my arrival. I went to Radauti for business but took the afternoon off to visit the monasteries around. The reception organised a very interesting and enjoyable guided tour for me. Congratulations!

I had a superb stay in this hotel. The spacious parking area was notable, and the hotel has modern facilities. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the modern bathrooms. The large breakfast selection was scrumptious. Furthermore, the staff were welcoming and accommodating, particularly in the atmospheric bar where their attentive service was remarkable. The location was superb, close to the park and the city center.

As i already stated above the hotel staff is very well trained and very helpfull and friendly. I use the hotel service only twice a year and it was nice when the night manager remembered me.

Absolutely nothing.

The only Good thing is the locación to visit the Monastries, but this is no merit of this hotel ... This is the only reason for this hotel charge such High price.

By no means this hotel is worth its price. The breakfast is very poor, the dinner opening hours just adapts to the groups,

Very friendly and polite staff, well designed enterieur, correct price / quality ratio. If we return to the region we will surely stay there. We liked the idea of local welcome drink and the freshly squeezed orange juice served to the breakfast.
